- What is your typical turn around time?

For a standard project you can expect a 1 - 3 day turn around.
NOTE: Every customization made to an order may increase delivery time.

At this time, we accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Both of these secure services accept Via, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- What tools do you use to build out the designs?

We hand code our XHTML & CSS. The code editors may vary from developer to developer, but we do NOT utilize WYSIWYG features to assist in the production of our code.
- What is your policy on client confidentiality?

We will NEVER contact your clients regarding the projects you submit to us. We will sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) should it come to that.
We will, however, ask you at the completion of the project whether we can include the project in our examples/portfolio section. We will not do this without your consent.
- What browsers do you currently support?

Unless specified via the "Old Browsers checkboxes" or written in the specific details section of the order form, we test on the following web browsers:

- Can I request features not on your order form?

Absolutely! We are not tied down to specific technologies or functionality. If you have a specific feature we don't explicity talk about in our process, let us know via our contact form or in the specific details section when requesting your quote.
- What is your refund policy?

We aim to make sure you are completely satisfied with your project. If you choose to cancel your order before work has begun, we will issue a full refund minus the costs a service such as Paypal takes during the transaction.
If work has already begun and we receive your cancelation request, we will review the percentage of work completed and refund the difference minus the costs a service such as Paypal takes during the transaction.
As stated above, we aim to make sure you are satisfied with your project. If, upon completion of the project, you are not completely satified with the result and we are unable to remediate the issues, you will receive a full refund minus the costs a service such as Paypal takes during the transaction. It should be noted, however, that a refund under this circumstance will require several documents to be signed in exchange for the refund. The use of files and code generated by Digital Oculus cannot be used under ANY circumstances and Digital Oculus reserves the right to seek legal action should this be the case.
